If you want to live in a community where you’re continuously lied to.... then this is the place. We have lived here from the very beginning. Four years now. The last over six months we have had the pleasure of listening to a fire alarm go off in our building all hours of the day and night. My husband and I have been living here less then 1 month and I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. The hallways in every building are gross, covered with dog urine, trash liquid from people leaving their trash out for the valet daily pick up and other things. This property changed hands just 2 weeks after we’d been here from Delray station to Cortland Delray station and it seems things are falling by the way side like the gross hallways for one. Delray Station is my favorite place to be. I’ve worked for a few apartment communities and Delray Station is the best of them all!!
I recently toured this property for a potential place for me to live. The staff is very nice, respectable and knowledgeable. They took me on a tour of the whole property which was a beautiful and offered refreshments after the tour. The community is very homey and is on the top of my list of potential apartments!
I've lived in this apartment complex for a year, and it has been such a great experience. The office staff and maintenance personnel have both been absolutely wonderful. They are professional, helpful, respectful, and definitely attentive to details. They truly go above and beyond!! Service requests are handled promptly, with a sense of urgency no matter what it is. I went to tour Delray station recently and I have to say it is such a beautiful complex with all the amenities I’ve been looking for and more. On top of that, the staff was so nice and willing to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!) but they were so helpful and patient. Because I’m moving from out of state, I wanted to make sure my next apartment was in a clean and safe area but also that the people working there really cared about their residents! I’ve found it all here! I can’t wait to move in!
Delray Station is a beautiful apartment complex with so many amenities. Their office staff is always so friendly and attentive. The units are gorgeous and the property is clean and well maintained. They appear to have a real pride in their property and are always so willing to go above and beyond to make the community a great place to live!
