horrible experience brought my truck in for a recall. When picking it up i found a large dent after bringing it to there attention i was told it could not have happened there. They pulled some dents and cleaned it needles to say i need to bring my truck in to a real body shop to fix some thing they did. They cost me money and time worse service ever like a bunch of drunk baboons running around the service bay.
I recently had a horrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. This dealership used a typical bait and switch scheme in order to lure me into the store. As a disabled veteran traveling long distances is difficult for me, I traveled half way across the state alone, and without my service dog in order to purchase a larger vehicle to be able to transport my dog around with me more easily. SHADY DODGE DEALERSHIP!!! Schumacher Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Delray. Let me just start out by saying I have NEVER written a complaint about a company on facebook or any other site regarding an issue or complaint I've had. I'm just not that type of person to spend my time bashing a company I have much better things to do. This client left his vehicle here unattended. He was not here to witness the incident of his vehicle not coming out of park. He was never charged for anything and is due no refund or compensation.
