Had new hygienist. Change difficult. She did good job but didn't speak loud enough. But good cleaning.
This was my first visit. I was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of the personnel and the doctor. The doctor has a real functional approach to dental health. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
The Rohrer's and staff are top notch professionals. Their services are priced fairly for the craftmanship they provide, and I don't mind going back because it has been so positive, even though the work needed in my mouth, is not so fun. But that is MY issue/creation.
If every medical practice operated by their model the world would be a much better place.
Overall it was great. The scraping and flossing were a bit overly aggressive and uncomfortable. I appreciate the effort, but it didn't have to be that aggressive.
Very knowledgeable and patient in explaining treatments and answering questions.
Hygienist was a little rough with the cleaning
Appointment was at 10:00 am, but I wasn't seen until 10:25 am.
