I made an appointment with Dr. Goldbaum's office after I was in need of a pair of custom-made orthotics for my high arch after wearing flip flops regularly for two months. He was very informative in terms of the process and gave me additional tips on stretches and exercises I can do at-home to prevent any wear and tear on my ligaments. I definitely would recommend Delray Beach Podiatry for any foot related problems.
