Highly knowledgeable and professional team. They made the process seamless and took the time to check in with me as the job progressed. I would highly recommend them for any window, door, or siding renovation.
Had to take this company to small claims court over a door installed a year ago. Steve (the owner) ponied up with a questionable lawyer who was reprimanded for improper use of funds by the law society and fully willing to lie under oath. Lost the case but learned that it is far far better to work with an actually competent professional company who will warranty and stand by their work especially in cases of more expensive or specialty doors and windows. Just had a front window replaced that was broken and a new kitchen window installed. When I bought my home in 2007, Delorey and Levy installed all new windows for me and happy to say the hands on exemplary customer service, quality products and professional, friendly and efficient installation has not changed. Cleanup is impeccable, as if they hadn’t been here. I highly recommend them.
Had four windows replaced. Two were incorrect, the other one was correct. When every window has grills, how is it possible to add windows without? The workers were slow, took far too much time and mentioned their lacking skills. Paid for painted trim and received unpainted. Will not be using this company again. Have used them in the past when they offered better quality service.
