Best dealership weve been to. They went above and beyond to help us get a 2017 pacifica. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Went to 4 dealerships and Dellen was the only one that we felt wanted our business.
We purchased an Acadia Limited and a Silverado within 2 1/2 months. Gavin McNicholas was our salesman and was a great pleasure to work with.
Service was good but I made an appointment online a day or so before for 8:15 am. It still took 2 hrs to get out of there, for just an oil change and tire rotation. This was no faster than when I have walked in without an appointment. So that part (timeliness) was on the disappointing side. People were nice though.
I had an excellent experience. My car was finished ahead of the estimated time. Clean waiting area, very nice free snacks and water, free wifi, clean restrooms Very happy and will be back.
I am having an issue with them right now. I will come back and write a longer review once I find out how this pans out.
This is our third vehicle we are bought at Dellen in Greenfield! The staff are friendly & helpful in finding you what you want! Extra thanks to Gavin!
