For 3 generations my family has bought vehicles from Dellen. However the past 4 vehicles we have bought from Dellen have resulted in horrible experiences. The service department leaves much to be desired! Don’t bother buying a warranty- even platinum-they will find a way for it not to be covered! So disappointed with this dealership. Our family will be going elsewhere from now on.
At first there was a couple misunderstandings (due mostly on my part.) Management was very patient and helped explain things. The service there is great and helps more then necessary. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family type of service. Will be returning in the future for any car purchases. Dellen has defiantly earned my loyalty and recommendations by me. Thanks for all the help you have provided.
RecommendedI bought my truck from Dellen a year ago after relocating to Indiana. While I hate the fact that I can’t schedule routine service the excellent customer care, consistently great attitude and positive interactions make it worth my while to wait. Plus there is always coffee in the comfortable lounge area so if there is a wait it’s pretty good. I highly recommend Dellen for sales and service. I know my truck is getting the best service.
Getting ready for holiday trip and they located problem that would have spoiled the trip. All fixed and will travel safely now. Thanks to the service department.

We were traveling from PA to MI to IN to MO and ending up in Chicago to see our son graduate Navy boot camp..after pulling into our camp site in IN, our camper was sitting very low...it was Friday at 4pm...I called Dellen & spoke w/ Matt and he said we have air shocks for your vehicle come in tomorrow (Saturday) and we’ll replace your bad ones, in the mean time I’ll check your extended warranty and see if maybe they are covered...we got there Saturday morning & of course they weren’t covered by warranty but that’s no fault o... read more
Paid cash for a 2010 Buick Enclave. drove it the first week and heard some things (cv joints) clicking. called dellen, said they didn't know if it was covered under the warrenty we bought. said they charge a fee to check it then if it's covered then they will take care of it. now it's sitting dead as the starter went out.
I have always had good service to my auto and they are very helpful and a friendly staff.
