Poor communication or poor workmanship? Carried a 2020 Tundra for an undercoating on June 12, 2020. I fully inspected the work on June 16, 2020. I was told they would undercoat it for $646. including tax. I was also told they would remove the spare tire and plastic to spray the coating. As you can see from the photos the spare tire contained over spray but the bed beneath was not sprayed. Other photos show metal that was partially sprayed or not sprayed at all. We recently purchased our two new 2020 Toyota RAV4s. We also traded in our 2 vehicles with them. We were very pleased and felt like we were valued for our interest and need for two new vehicles during these times. They offered us the best trade-ins for our vehicles, a 2011 and a 2018. They were so polite, efficient, and dedicated. They even stayed late in order to make sure that we were happy with everything. I had to have my tires swapped from winter to summer tires and my oil changed. It only took a couple of hours and the service was great
Service SUCKS !! The service department just never seems to get better. Della moves people around from their different dealers and just changes their problems. I have heard from two different people that they were told by Della they needed a new cabin air filter and they were charged for a new filter, without one being put in. Della figures everyone is stupid and charges for work they never perform.
