brought my vehicle three times, they failed to fix my problem. now they refuse to work on my vehicle because they said I have an irate attuditude. just as well, they suck at fixing vehicles. although they did try to sell me a 47 thousand dollar vehicle. please everyone be ware of Della toyota.
RecommendedSecond time working with Jared Rabideau! He worked with me for weeks trying to get me what I wanted!!! And service department is always nice to deal with for regular maintenance!! Highly recommend

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!!!!! We have been loyal customers for years. Today my husband dropped off our leased RAV4 for it's annual inspection. We have had the lease since 2018 but have been customers since 2015, it is the second vehicle we have obtained from this dealership since moving to the area. We paid extra when signing our lease for the various warranties that we were told would cover any and all wear and tear, even breaks and tires. I can understand your frustration; however, we are governed by NYS Motor Vehicle protocols. The warranty you purchased covers excess wear and tear at "LEASE END".
