This is the only dealership I have returned to in over 45 years of purchasing and servicing my vehicles. They are honest and explain all options for service. No pushy update tactics for unnecessary work. Friendly personable service department you can trust.
When we gave an offer lower than asking for a used car that had lots of problems we were told "We have decided that this is not the vehicle for you. We won't negotiate because it will get ugly"... wow... then said it would be 10 days before we got our deposit back. Horrible, horrible customer service. Love Toyota, but will drive to a different dealer to buy one.

I was in need of a car and have been looking around at various makes. I have never owned a Toyota, but when I saw the Electric Storm Blue RAV4, I said that's mine.
