Our son had a seizure brought on by fever and we were tended to immediately in the ER. His fever was brought down and he is fine, thank you. But, we brought him to Dell because we thought y'all would be great with kids. They had to poke him 3 times to find a vein and none of the bumbling staff had any rapport to keep the little one feeling safe and secure at any point during the ordeal. Poor communication with us parents also left us panicked for longer than necessary. Grateful but disappointed.

Yesterday we took our son. I had two of the worse experiences ever. First the lady called us back to do vitals and automatically assumed my son and I spoke spanish and started talking after I said "excuse me we don't speak spanish we speak english" he response was oh i just thought y'all did. Then we went an sat back down and then were called back to a room. The room was still dirty with the bed clearly used it had a wet mark on the bed and stuff literally everywhere.
