My daughter had a huge cut in her leg by a piece of glass and they got us in ASAP. All the Drs, nurses, orthopedic surgeon(Shapiro) and staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! When we got home my daughter said "I want to go back to the hospital, everyone is so nice there!" That speaks a lot about a place that was so traumatic for a little 6 year old!
Took my son this morning and every single person we encountered was extremely pleasant and caring. They got juice for our other son instead of pointing us to the nearest vending machine and coloring books. Amazing people doing great work! Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and technicians we met today. You helped turn a stressful morning into a calm and pleasant ER experience for my family.
My son had to have an emergency appendectomy. Excellent care from our arrival in the ED to our discharge from 3 South. DCMC has some of the most caring, compassionate and skilled nurses it has ever been my pleasure to interact with. A special thank you to Princess from admissions for lending us a charger for our phones. It's the little niceties that sometimes mean the most.

Seriously the Drs at Dell Children's were OUTSTANDING! Very friendly took the time to listen to us and answer ALL of our questions. Very compassionate and caring!
Unfortunately we have been here twice for my daughter's broken arms. The good news is both times we received top notch, caring, loving and friendly service from everyone involved. Everyone we encountered from the folks who go around (I forget the title) to check in on the kids and help them cope with their fears and stress, to the doctors and nurses and all the follow up visits were all fantastic.
