Already late with the delivery, I called to ask the status of my order. The representative assured me the driver was at the restaurant picking up my food, even though the tracker said otherwise. Fifteen minutes later after still no sign of my food (I live only three blocks away, it shouldn't have taken him that long), I called up again, and then they told me he *just* arrived.
It's an hour past when the food was suppose to arrive. The tracker says the driver has not even picked up the food from Antonios. No calls, texts, anything to give an update. All the 5 star reviews here are either from guest accounts, or unname google users... Clearly fake...
This place is HORRIBLE. When the driver arrived he told me it was $45 and that is what I handed him. I was mistaken in thinking that the delivery charge included the tip and I was quite apologetic about this. I received a call from Delivery Express Dispatch or the main office asking me for the balance of the check, 32 CENTS. I agree it was my mistake but i was baffled that they spent more than that on a phone call to ask me for it and were extremely rude in the process.
