I work long hours so I frequently resort to take out when I'm too tired to cook. Delivery services can be hit or miss but I tend to stick to restaurants that use Delivery Express because they have great drivers. Michael in particular is just awesome. He's always timely, friendly, and warm, rain or shine. He shoots a quick text to let you know that he's on his way which for me is incredibly helpful as I have a tendency to be out of earshot of my unreliable doorbell. Michael is just phenomenal. I am a manager in food service, and I would kill to have an employee like him. He is so personable. Thinks about his customers needs first. And is just all around a great guy. Â
Michael was great! He was timely and polite, and called me to see if I needed utensils and plates (which was so helpful being in a dorm). He was awesome! Â
Michael is the best delivery driver they have. He provides his own silverware and napkins. And he has an insulated bag to make sure your food stays either cold or warm. Â
