Came home hungry and decided to order out through this service, we knew it was going to be up to 90 minutes for delivery, they took my order charged my card and never showed up. We called our credit card company to find out they cancelled our order and did not feel it was necessary to let us know. Never again.
Never ordering from them again! They will charge your card first and then place an order with the restaurant. So if the restaurant does not have what you want - guess what your money is already gone and now you are in their sleazy hands... I used to order many times from them, and every time it was a gamble - will they deliver what I ordered? Many times they called back and messed up the bill and wasted my time. Michael is a fantastic driver! Always on time, keeps you updated on his arrival time and insures that your food arrives still hot!
My order was picked up right away and my hot lunch was in my hands 20 minutes after I placed my order. My driver, Michael, even texted me to ask how many people were eating and if we would like utensils, napkins, and plates. Best experience with food delivery that I’ve ever had! Thanks, Michael!
Michael is amazing! We had to in expectedly go to the emergency room (everything is ok), and Michael worked with us to adjust the delivery time. Even with a delay, our food was hot and our celiac friendly order was perfect!
Michael is the best!!! I have had him deliver to me twice now. The food was always hot and all I needed (utensils napkin) were always included. He is very friendly and courteous with a fantastic sense of humor!!! If I could request a delivery person I would always request him!!!!!
