Ice cream wasn't melted and driver was extremely friendly. Didn't take nearly as long as in the past. Still the most convenient food delivery option around
Nothing but amazing service from these people. Use them all the time. Drivers are polite and food is always warm never anything missing.
Could have killed me due to incompetence, a broken website and not a care in the world for people with life threatening allergies. Never order from delivery express if you have life threatening allergies. I ordered a meal and 2 out of the 3 parts of the meal were things I have life threatening allergies to. I called and asked if they could fix it to which they blamed me for the error and refused to do anything. My 2cd delivery order through this company, they looked me up, knew that I was at a hotel. I ordered clam chowder and a pizza. I gave a 20% tip in advance, when the dude arrived, I handed him $5 more. Same as with the first time. My clam chowder with bread bowl had no spoon included. There were no napkins in the bags. I called them back up and they lady said "we mostly delivery to residential addresses, you have to ask for those things in advance". Well how was I supposed to know that? I ordered a $17 meal from Paul and Elizabeth's and spent $10 on delivery charge + credit card use charge (?) + suggested tip for driver + tax = $27.00 for a $17.00 meal that was delivered 40 minutes later than promised. I'll pick up my own food in the future.
this service is absolute trash, do not ever attempt to order from here
50% of the time they are late, sometimes over an hour. 50% of the time they make a major error such as sending non-veggie when veggie ordered. AND they make you wait up to an hour for correct order. 90% of the time they are unapologetic or rude when you call to report incorrect order. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.
