Sucking money from the condos they manage is Delbe's #1 priority. Also good at sleazy tactics like not telling us they are substantially raising fees till after we decided not to switch companies - but then we did switch companies and are much happier now. We left behind their bad attitude combined with poor responsiveness and denial of responsibility.
