We had to cancel a few appointments due to holiday travel. Then after we cancelled an appointment due to my son having the flu we received an email that we were being kicked out of the practice for missing too many appointments. When they calculated the number of appointments missed they included appointments the provider cancelled due to her own travel plans. I was on a 4-week road trip from Arizona when my right hearing aide quit working. I looked up Oticon dealers near where I was staying and called the Powell Clinic. The spokesperson said to come in and they would look at them for me. The audiologist resolved the problem in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Very appreciative!
We absolutely love Delaware Speech and Hearing, her speech and occupational therapist are absolutely amazing and such caring people. I am so glad we found them because they definitely deserve all the support, they’ve become a part of our family.
