Everyone was very nice. The hygienist was very gentle and very professional.
I have been going to east erie for the past few months and every experience I have there with the staff and Dr. Cheng has been excellent. Typically I don't like going to the dentist but they really make my experience so stress free and calm, I'm starting to like going. Everyone is very informative when it comes to scheduling, billing and procedures and I really appreciate it.
Lisa is so friendly and does such a great job on my teeth! And Dr. Cheng is incredibly patient with my fear of needles. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had!

My very first visit at East Erie Dental and I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from check in to check out. I felt completely informed, from my care to my out of pocket expense. After not seeing a dentist for 2 years, I couldn't have picked a better place!

This was my first time here getting my teeth clean and I had a wonderful experience! My hygienist was very nice and experienced in cleaning my teeth and taking my xrays. Both the dentist and hygienist was knowledgeable in explaining my xrays. The staff was courteous and very helpful in answering all my questions! Exceptional! 5 stars!
