My main concern was my almost hour wait past my apt time.
I felt pressured. As soon as my apt and my daughter's apt was over I had a print out of the cost for my daughters braces. I felt pressure to get the process started right away so we did. I called the office 15 min after we left to express my concern and Maryann assured me I would get a call back that night. I never recieved the call back so I called a second time the next day, Maryann promised the doctor would call me himself, again no call back.
