Didn't really like the doctor that came in to check my teeth at the end.
The dental appointment was as expected. Nothing really bad and nothing extraordinary. Two minor things I suppose i will bring up now. I am supposed to be on the teeth whitening for life. I have mentioned I need more whitening gel at each visit. I have yet to receive any other than the initial starting amount. Secondly the email for this survey went to my wife's email and she forwarded it to me. Please do not do that again. Thank you for your time.
i waited too long before I was seen by the doctor to get released
I filled this survey out based on a typical Ortho appt not specifically on the last appt. I think the wait times are ridiculously long and, unless I ask, the status of my daughters' orthodontics are never discussed with me. I also think you need more flexible Ortho availability. There was an instance that my daughter was supposed to be back in a week and there was only one appt time available in the following 8 days. Very friendly and welcoming. Knowledgeable and professional. Really like the late hours.
The dental hygienist did a fast and efficient cleaning. As always the entire staff was pleasant from the time I walked in the door until I was examined by Dr. DeLaura. Two minor points. I am on the lifetime whitening program. I have asked for gel each time I am there and I have yet to receive any. I mention this when the hygienist is putting together the bag of toothpaste and Floss and am told ok and it has been implied it is in the bag each time. Was really looking forward to the movies with you all, but didn't go because the power was out and we were at Penna's at 3:25 when it went back on. I did call to make sure you did not have to pay for us. Hopefully if you do it again we will have better luck with the weather. Thanks anyways! Monica Cavaliere
