I was from out of town visiting family when my car started acting up. It being hundreds of miles home I went in to Delaney Chevrolet. They were busy that day yet they still fit me in right away. The staff there was so kind and couldn't do enough for us. Even Joe the mechanic was amazing. Came out personally to tell us what he found wrong. The long wait I expected was very minimal. This place is a joke! They need people in there that knows what they are doing when working on vehicles. When you take it in and it's supposed to be done in the time frame they tell you and they call you early and when you go to pick it up, it looks like a 3rd grader fixed it.. Not a place I will ever return to. The manager was rude and would not come out and speak to me until I had my insurance adjuster out side showing him what they didn't take care of, but still wanted my deductible.. Recently just bought a used 16' Subaru WRX. Great sales experience! It was easy and simple. Car was super clean too! Highly recommend this company!
Andy Gnibus went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. He was extremely personable and had my sister and I laughing the entire time we were there. I live 2 hours away and will visit Delaney Auto just because of Andy! The store manager Kelly and Justin in finance were also great and a huge help!
