So happy with my experience here!! Mr. Quick was so polite and funny. He was super helpful and more than willing to go out of his way to help us into our new car! Worst dealership I have ever worked with sales department is very pushy. The service department is horrible people that work at the service desk are rude and pushy. Took our 2019 sonic rs that we bought from Delaney for it first oil change when it was due told them about paint peeling of the car that was around 5000 or 6000 miles on it they said it’s not a defect and would not do anything about it. Then it broke down at 14000 miles they then had car for 4 months and this is how it got returned damaged.
My 2019 sonic RS was dropped off for a warranty repair in January and I just picked my car up today 84 days later and when I picked it up there was damage to bumper, front passenger door and fender very disappointed and Shannon The service manager has terrible customer manners was extremely rude and pushy won’t be buying a car from Delaney ever again!!
