Del Mar Terrace Apartments are absolutely disgusting. Worst mistake to have blindly moved there from California. The women in the front office are impossible to work with and are extremely rude and disrespectful. They won’t answer my calls when inquiring about their unjust eviction notices that they hand out and take back regularly(unless I block my number) and nearly every time I have to visit the office in person I’ve had to have the cops assist. Everything has been resolved in a timely manner. My neighbors are great and friendly. I've never had any issues whatsoever.
If you are apartment hunting DO NOT GO TO DEL MAR TERRACE ON 71st AVE AND INDIAN SCHOOL. I have had SO many issues with my apartment and the ladies in the office. My air conditioner went out 3 times this year and each time it took them a minimum of 48hrs and at one point 60hrs to fix it. I’ve had mold that they spray painted to jus cover. And lastly my garbage disposal went out to where my house stinks because the water won’t drain and after calling for a week straight they tell me I’m overreacting. Right when we got there we were greeted by Bry, she was awesome and so friendly. Moving in did take a couple of days bc one of my old landlords never answers calls �� but they worked through it and have been amazing so far. We signed our lease with Francis she was awesome! We love it here already. Our apartment is amazing for the price we pay. Only downfall is finding parking when we have guests but that’s about it. They made our move from WA to AZ so smooth!
Wow! Lots of childhood memories here at Del Mar Terrence! Before Facebook and even MySpace lol still looks the same on the outside. Remodeled in the inside! �
Just moved in to our new place. It's nice and quiet everything was ready to be used except the stove, but it only took one call to get that fixed. The leasing office is also very helpful this is gonna be a good year.
Weekends are quite which is a surprise. Staff is friendly.
Haven't had any complaints so far.. really calm environment.
