its a place all keep breaking rakes forever to fix ,but if you fail whit the rent they start charging out this place is worthless and expensive
Recommendedwell I just moved in like 2 months ago love the place I live in 2056 I love my apartment I love the ladies that work in the office they're very helpful and they know what they're doing and that maintenance men they're really good on their job everybody's very friendly and everything is a good place to live I really have good comments I hate when people write bad comments about this place there's really nothing bad by a car hasn't been broke dead yet but I have a good car
after 7 years living here I had no issues with the office I was taken care of well when I needed something fixed, maintenance were also great workers and friendly, also the girls I'm the office are great and there for u. I'm going to miss being there I got to meet good nieghboors and also bad ones. but I made sure that the area I was well cared for with bad people. it is nice to see the upgrades there doing. Thank you for letting apartment 1292 be my home for so long.. Adela
horrible customer service at the front desk, apartments full of roaches, terrible paint jobs (you can literally see hairs and residue under the paint), stuff constantly breaks, hot water lasts about 10 minutes MAX, maintenance does the BARE minimum to fix anything and they left a huge mess in my apt when they installed cables. I can go on all day.
full of drugs and YOUR INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES OFFICE DOES NOTHING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU'LL HATE IT! EXTREMELY DISGUSTING GOOD LUCK GETTING OFFICE, MAINTENANCE OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO HELP!
they r the best i dont think i ever want to move because i love it here every person who works here r so nice to my family i even have family that i told to come move here and they did .dont think i could tell u anything bad about this complex the lady in the office r so so nice
the staff is nice i like how they help people and get these done
