I Love the prices but it's a high crime area and maintenance never comes. I guess you get what you pay for.

The property is well taking care of and the office staff is very nice.
Just visiting and their grounds crews are purposely blowing dust and debris allover everyone's vehicles
Office staff is nice and professional. Everything in my apartment is brand new and they put in a convenient store just a couple buildings away from my apartment. My sister is moving in next month and I get some kind of money off my rent. Kinda cool.
Headed for 4 years in the apartments im happy here but being here for this long I can't believe that I was robbed they got into my apartment. Who knows where security was at I think the cops did a better job patrolling the area. Roaches I have no issues at all n when I do it cuz of the neighbor that are dirty....
