Mr. DeGaris handled my accident case from 2 years ago, and from the first phone call, I felt very confident in him and his team. He’s very personable(even giving his own cell number if I had any questions or concerns) and he was always quick to get back to me if I had any concerns. My settlement was a lot more than I was expecting, and he kept me informed all along the way. Definitely recommend him!
Mr. Degaris is a phenomenal attorney and all around great person he will go out of his way to help you out anyway he can! It truly saddens me to write this one star review, but I feel the need to share it. Annesley wasted over a year on my case and I finally had to leave him to settle my case with a new lawyer. It only took two weeks after the lawsuit was filed by my new lawyer, to settle my case, for twice as much as Annesley had negotiated in more than a year’s time. I appreciated the time he took with my case to personally explain the processes with the situation and get me the best possible outcome. I hope I'm never in a situation where I need it, but if I am again, I'm definitely calling him.
