Kayla was professional, understanding and explained all parts of the proceedures.
I was and am apprehensive about dentists offices and visits....My first visit and cleaning was wonderful. She was terrific and made me feel comfortable.When I cam in for crown and filling replacement...I felt to same way...not knowing how the "work" would feel or how I would be treated....The assistant was WONDERFUL throughout and Dr Luetchmann was particulary nice and made sure I was comfortable. I apprecaite it alot and will recommend you to others.Thanks
The procedure went fine except the heating element feel on my lip leaving a blister. That hurt and it caused some stress. I asked for a discount and somebody was suppose to call me in the afternoon. Nobody called. That is not proper business practice. I'm not happy about that at all.
Best dental team ever. Everyone at Elm Dental is highly proficient at their job and they interact seamlessly. I had an emergency broken tooth and was offered a same day appointment. After a thorough exam I was given several options, each was explained in easy to understand terms with every step outlined and priced, from the least invasive and expensive to a full root canal and cap.
