Started first with Sara. She was such a pleasant, kind; friendly, and professional receptionist/secretary when I called to make an appointment.(today too). That person on the phone is the first impression you get of your office. She was outstanding. Dr Mullins and Holly were awesome! Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything they were doing - put me at ease.
As I was waiting for Dr DrFord to fill my teeth, Dt DeFord asked if it was okay to have a visitor by me. I said sure. In came Max, a wonderful little poodle, Pomeranian mix, who jumped up on my chair while I was having fillings done! I love dogs and cats. This was very special . Great idea, First time visit Dr DrFord and staff are very special, I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a special dentist.
I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist but I was immediately calm when I walked in. Brandy is the hygienist I saw and she was gentle and genuine, kind and personable. Best cleaning ever because she was gentle and thorough. Dr Defort is gentle and cares about her patients.
Dr DeFord and staff were great and treated me well. They did a good job taking care of my teeth. I wish that they do root canal in their clinic. Other than that I will gladly recommend your dental clinic to my friends. .
