The staff was friendly
I have been dreading finding a new dentist, since mine retired, but I’m So excited to have found DeFord Family Dental! Max really helped me with my anxiety issues with the dentist!
Dr. DeFord and staff are phenomenal. They are always so kind and take the time to explain everything to you. They do not push unnecessary procedures, and provide you with all your options so you can choose what is best. Additionally, for those of us who are not fans of going to the dentist, they have a service/therapy dog named Max who will sit with you and who you can pet during your procedures with Dr. DeFord! Makes the experience so much better.
Dr. DeFord went out of her way to see me today. She spent all the time I needed plus more to help fix a dental problem before my surgery scheduled for later in the week. So highly recommend her and her staff.
Always friendly and welcoming when you come in for your visit. They truly treat you with respect and care. If a procedure costs a lot they will work with you on payment plans and such. It’s a great feeling when they remember your conversation you had 6 months prior.
