After an insurance change, I was forced to find a new dentist. After looking through online reviews and recommendations I chose DeFord Family Dental and had my first appointment yesterday. Staff was awesome, courteous and very welcoming. I knew I made the right choice almost immediately!

It was my first time there, and I'm glad we could do all the pre-paper work online so I could go right into the chair when I got there. I was never waiting to get in or for a different dentist over 30 seconds. TVs above the chair are nice. And the dental work was thorough without being aggressive.

Dr. DeFord is exceptional, as is her dental assistant. The office is friendly and welcoming. I trust Dr. DeFord’s proposed treatment, and I have never been disappointed. She is the consummate professional. I would recommend her and her team to anyone!

Being an Air Force Retired Veteran, I had a lot of my dental work done at base facilities. They did some good work; however, I mostly remember the pain involved. I never went to a dentist at all until I enrolled in the Air Force. Today was my first visit with Dr. DeFord. I was impressed with their front desk, the x-ray tech and Dr. DeFord herself. Gave me my options and then we talked about how to get things accomplished. I feel I am in good hands with her.

I came to Dr DeFord several years ago after bad experiences at a different practice. It is a pleasure going to the dentist each time now. Wonderful, friendly and professional service. Brandy is my hygienist and does a fantastic job ... gentle and thorough! Unlike in the past, I never feel as if I have been mauled after a basic teeth cleaning. Kathy DeFord is a sincere, amazing and caring dentist. She is truly an example for her profession. Highly recommended dental practice!
