Purchased my BMW at Definitive Motors and really enjoyed the no pressure treatment. The car was in a great condition and I really felt like these guys were honest and take pride in treating people right and offering a great product for a great price.
Just bought a Lexus IS250 and love it! The car was clean, Trent was friendly and knowledgable. TJ handled my financing and it went was very low key. Overall, I got the car I wanted for a great price and the staff was very professional.

Very poor customer service – I recently had a car from Definitive Motors taken to a Mercedes dealership to get checked out. I promptly called to schedule an appointment after I had the car looked at for the following day. As I was on my way to Definitive Motors for my scheduled appointment, another salesman called me and told me that my salesman wanted to let me know he had sold the car that morning. I recently purchased a GX470 from Definitive Motors - after a long search throughout the greater Seattle area, a friend (who had purchased an A4 wagon a month prior from DM) recommended contacting Fred for help.
