Defiance dental was communicative, accommodating when scheduling the appointment. They were thorough with their examination and explanations about next steps.
I went way too long without a regular dentist, but started going to Defiance Dental Studio after moving to Tacoma and have had a great experience. My previous dentist always felt a bit…sales-y. Like every visit came with a new “recommended” procedure. Defiance is the opposite. They take the time to explain what’s going on and actually show you any issues. I’ve been to 3 different dentist prior to this one. Def 1000% recommend Defiance! They are knowledgeable, patient, professional, and very transparent with you about your care and health. They are excellent and I hope they keep up with what they’re doing!
The customer service, professionalism, and communication is fantastic! The office is very clean and has stunning views to look at while you wait. They don’t have you wait long though! Highly recommend if you are seeking a new dental practice or looking for one that stands apart from the rest!
