I have been getting my hair cut by Ruby for last 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She does an excellent job, makes it easy to set up appointments and is one of the nicest people I know. Highly recommended.

My spouse hair cutting was so bad.. And they don't take accountability for what was done and instead blame on us. Got so bad reviews from colleagues and friends for the haircutting done.

I have known Ruby since 2014, excellent --very accommodating and did my first eyebrow cut in Seattle and never wanted to try elsewhere. I loved the customer service everyone was so polite and professional. So welcoming and caring and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Ruby and the rest of the team, definitely found my new salon! All in all my experience was a 10 out of 10.

I've got my eyebrows threading done today and it was the worst experience I ever had. They have spoiled the shape and made them too thin, which ultimately made me very disappointing. Never would suggest this salon to anybody.
I went there to get my eyebrows threaded and had a bad experience with the lady who attended . She was somewhere in her 40's(or even older) & I do not know her name(never bothered to ask). She has a serious attitude problem and was so RUDE, never bothered to attend my request. Having said that, I thought the service was OK until i came home to see cuts/bruises on both of my eyelids and cheeks. Will not recommend this place
