Drove through the lot just to look and got hounded by 3 sales people. Told them we were just driving through and they continued to ask questions. We had to just drive away. Hate that aggressive crap.
DONT BUY HERE!! Recently bought a 2019 dodge ram from them that they claimed was a certified vehicle. It has been in the shop 6x in 3 months and they still had no way to fix it or make it right, after refusing to give me back my car after the engine light came on the day after we bought it, they offered to pay back the $3,000 for the extended warranty but tried making us sign a contract saying we couldn’t talk to anyone about the issues and that they aren’t liable for any other issues that arise even if they knew about them ... read more
I had a great experience with Deyarman DJCR of Ames. When I arrived, everything was ready and waiting for me. The truck I was interested in had been freshly washed and was good to go. The process was incredibly smooth, and I want to give a big thank you to Michael, Tyler, and Justin for being wonderful to work with. Although there was a minor hiccup at the end regarding an in-transit sticker, Tyler reached out the very next day to check on my experience and resolved the issue immediately. Thanks guys!
My husband and I were assisted by Paige today and she was awesome. Paige is very professional and really wanted to hear what we were looking for exactly and she is easy to talk to and not one of those "pushy" sales people which is very rare. (In our opinion) Paige is also very knowledgeable. We would recommend Paige 10/10 for sure. After dealing with her today, Paige will be our go to person now and in the future. We are more than satisfied with our experience and definitely got what we were looking for!
