If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings, DeYarman absorbed those positive ratings from Deery, who they bought out last year. Pay close attention to the recent reviews. My husband and I purchased a brand new Ram from Deery and had a wonderful experience. We went back last week and had the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I worked with Joel. He was fantastic to work with. The business manager came up with the perfect combo of years and miles for an extended warranty that fit my lifestyle. I never had a dealer before who did this. They joked around with me and made the entire buying experience pleasant.
Don’t take your car there if you have electrical issues. They returned my car with panels pulled apart and not put back together. Guess you have to put things back together yourself.
Brandon and Justin were a 10/10 to work with! I will forever buy my cars from them. Nothing but great prices and great service.
