Very long wait time for a scheduled procedure; multiple nurses talking about the food they've just eaten when most patients are having to fast for 12+ hours. When they begin your IV(s) to give the medications to knock you out, the medications will BURN and hurt like a thousand red hot fire pokers going into your veins. A hostile, angry nurse will shove your face into a pillow if & when you say "ouch! that is hurting!!" when they inject you.
After the treatment from the phone staff I cancelled my appointment. Would not recommend them to anyone. After reading their reviews the top ones are from nurses that work there.
It all started in spring break of 2005 my son broke his wrist. I was amazed at the proper care he got and the staff was amazing. Of course our doctors are grade A but the nurses at deerpath go above and beyond. He wasn't scared and they treated a little boy with respect. Fast forward, for the part 20 yrs. Fast forward I have 3 more children most had colonoscopies for issues the were having. The staff I'd awesome, very friendly and Like me joke about stuff. There are other surgical centers but I would not go to any other than Deerpath. They are A+ in my book and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks you so much!
