I had my first cleaning with Deerhaven today and they were great! They remembered details about me from my initial visit and made me feel so comfortable. It can be awkward doing to a new place, but everyone was so friendly. The hygienist explained everything she was doing as she went, and walked me to the front desk when done. She introduced me to the office staff, who were so welcoming and kind.
I had a chipped tooth. No pain, and not an emergency, but I wanted to get it repaired. I left a message after hours on the office answering service. I got a call the next business day, and by 8:45AM I was walking out with my problem solved.
