i took my son here to get a second opinion. dr. larysa smith did the work- a temporary crown and cavity immediately. only thing is we are still waiting to get the permanent crown (going into 4th wk) and no one from the office ever called us back after that first visit- I've always had to call and they say they will call when the permanent crown comes in (orig. told it would be 2 wks... next call receptionist said sometimes it's 3 wks... next call the person said she'd ck into it next wk and call me back w. info). the locatio... read more

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Not at all. It was absolutely unbearable Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
