the worst...dr hernandez is fine but the receptionist is in need of therapy! its hard to be around her
This dentist office was horrible. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Then the owner walks in with his buddies to get work done while I waited longer. The owner didn't care that he had patients waiting first. Then I finally got into the chair to get X-rays and I let them know that I had to get back to work. Then the office manager started screaming at the assistant to do my Xrays NOW! And because of the owner I still had to wait. Boy, you had to drag me to the dentist, but I really needed help. My friend told me I would like Dr. Hernandez, what an understatement. She was fabulous and I would go back there willingly for all my dental needs. The staff was great too. Thanks guys, you made me a believer in good dental care. Mr. Bill
I couldn't believe how great their office looked. I could tell that they took pride in the office's appearance. I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and offered me coffee. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am very satisfied with this as my office.
