The doctors and staff have all been excellent in our experiences so far with two of our three pets. We received friendly and personalized care, along with accommodation for managing what would have been a stressful trip with a large puppy and toddler. We moved recently before getting our puppy and had considered going somewhere closer to the new place, but after looking at the others, we decided we wanted to stay with ours and we are glad we have.

Love love love it here! My kitties always receive the best care! They know the girls by name and even if they aren’t with me when I pick up meds they ask how they are. The girls at the front are awesome and one particular tech (don’t know her name but she loves cats and is so sweet) always takes special care of my fur babies. I’m a lifer of Deerfield!

Took my dog here yesterday for first time, very pleased! The staff is very friendly & considerate, & was very sweet to my pup. Even tho I had to wait a while, they checked on us multiple times, offered water to myself & my pup, & explained why it was taking a while. When the Dr came in she was very polite & professional, & even tho it was late she took the time to discuss things with me without it feeling rushed! I definitely feel I have found my permanent veterinary clinic here.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving Jazzy’s life!!! I brought our little dachshund in emergently when she had an anaphylactic reaction to a bee sting and almost died in my arms. She was resuscitated and then treated by your amazing team including Dr. Grant, Erin, and other techs!! Thank you, thank you so much; you all are amazing!!!

Dedicated professionals who went above and beyond to help when my sweet furbaby had a crisis. After five years of perfect health, she suddenly took ill. The wonderful folks at Deerfield Animal Hospital worked for hours and discovered that she most likely had Addison disease. Dr. Grabel followed up with a phone call that evening to check on her and even called the emergency vet to let them know we might be in if she took a turn for the worse.
