We have found our new veterinary clinic! The staff is amazing and took excellent care of our senior dachshund Schnitzel with her teeth cleaning and extractions. The staff is caring and very gentle.
Dr. Hey (and the entire staff) is wonderful! I had taken our cat to a 24hr vet hospital on Monday and after waiting for 6 hours, xray and bloodwork, they couldn't find what was wrong with him. I took him to Deerfield on the Wednesday after he wasn't getting any better (excessive drooling, wouldn't eat or drink), Dr. Hey opened his mouth and showed me the huge ulcer our poor cat had. We have been seeing D. Faseler for about 5 years now for my cats asthma. We moved from that side of town about 2 years ago and I still drive about 40 mins to see her! She's been absolutely amazing! Very informative and attentive and calls to check on Dash (my cat) regularly! I will continue to make the drive because she's awesome! The staff is great too! They have worked us in a few times when I had concerns! Great caring place!
I can't thank Dr. Hey enough for what he is doing to help my pet. And what he's doing to help us through this difficult time is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a vet. We're glad we found you in our time of need.
My pup had her ear bitten in almost half, they took her right in and I got her back almost 24 hours later and she's my happy puppy again. Thank you everyone that works there.
The doctors and staff there are one of the best veterinary teams I have ever had the privilege of using. Unfortunately my little one won't make it but we are blessed to have had such a wonderful team give such genuine care and compassion when it is needed the most.
