RecommendedI have always experienced the best of customer service, care and concern for my dogs at Deerfield Animal Hospital. As well as, at a reasonable cost. The entire staff from the front desk to the Doctors have been nothing but professional. Dr. Kronewetter especially went out of her way to do extensive research on a serious condition for one of my dogs. All and all I believe Deerfield Animal Hospital is at the top of my list for the care of my dogs out of three other veterinary clinics and five DVMs.
The entire staff. I have yet to meet someone who works there that doesn’t seem to love their job. The staff is great! And we ❤️ Dr. Kronewetter!
Dr. Halburg is always so sweet and nice to shadow! The front people are also very helpful and sweet. They recognize me too! ( hope that doesn’t mean I’m a pain). Luckily it is also very convenient place to go.
Jake loves them all because he is treated as king of the office.
When I first took my puppy in for his initial check up, Dr. Halberg took close to an hour to chat with me about health tips, food, exercise, you name it. Recently I had to take my pup back in after I noticed some bumps on his tummy (turned out to just be a bacterial infection). they treat as t you like family , the vets are so knowledgeable and they love dogs
I am new to San Antonio. I tried a different place first and it concerned me that the exam was not done in front of me. This place is very clean, pleasant, and Dr. Hey stool the time to answer all my questions. He also took the time to get my cats FULL history. I never felt rushed. Prices are comparable to what I paid in upstate New York
