About this business
History Established in 1999. We started as a peanut stand in our current location in 1998. My Dad wanted to teach my sister and I business, so we started with boiled peanuts, then started to sell produce, and eventually Dad started renting the building for storage. We brought our smoker down to cook lunch for ourselves, but our customers kept demanding we sell them that too! So everyday, Dad would buy extra meat to bbq for our regulars. This place never disappoints. I tried the FRIED GREEN TOMATO SANDWICH...OMG! So good words dont do it justice. My only regret is not taking a pic because i was to busy enjoying. Excellent quality meats! Great vibe. & the owner she is the best! Cant wait to come to your next evening cookout.

Very tasty ribs & chicken tender good flavor sauce had a sweet taste but not real sweet habenero sauce was spicy but not set you on fire like heat does some times...desert was banana pudding nilla wafers and chunks of bananas very tasty

Deep South BBQ is simply amazing. I had the pulled pork, # 5, with fries, and baked beans. For dessert, I had banana pudding. The pork was very tender, and had a great flavor. The food was hot and delicious. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. I absolutely can't wait to return.

Ate here after attending Doc’s Concealed Weapons class and it was delicious! Got pulled pork and sweet tea it was the perfect portion and tasty! Definitely coming back to try other menu items
