History Established in 1999. We started as a peanut stand in our current location in 1998. My Dad wanted to teach my sister and I business, so we started with boiled peanuts, then started to sell produce, and eventually Dad started renting the building for storage. We brought our smoker down to cook lunch for ourselves, but our customers kept demanding we sell them that too! So everyday, Dad would buy extra meat to bbq for our regulars. 1st time eating from here. Typically I have to add BBQ sauce to pulled pork, not this time. Fantastic food. Bacon tots were phenomenal too. I'll be ordering from here again, really soon.

I cannot say enough great things about Deep South. The family is phenomenal who runs the joint! We had a close loss in our family and we could not have asked for better service than that of the Deep South group to take amazing care of all of us. We will forever be a customer of theirs for their amazing food and customer service!

We have or should I say I have been trying different dishes and have been pleased with all of them. Ed loves pulled pork and I tried ribs and chicken so good. We also placed our order for a Turkey Breast for next Monday. You all really need to try DSBBQ.
