Change president and parts manager. Also biggest stealership ever. 30-50% over other dealerships -1 star worst experience I’ve EVER had a dealership. First off LOOK ONLINE FOR OEM PARTS, it’s much much cheaper!! Their website is 1/3 price on most parts. But other dealerships are less than half their price. When the parts guy (Jose Perez)asked the parts manager if they could match a dealership in denver(430$ plus 38$ shipping) he literally said “get this guy outta here”. The price on the part you were looking to buy was under the price we pay for the item. Aftermarket parts online are often less expensive than OEM parts. Unfortunately we were unable to price match an OEM product with the pricing of an aftermarket product you found online. You screamed at the management in the dealership and were very unprofessional because we would not sell the part to you for less than what we paid for it (losing money to get you the part). Horrible customer service in the maintenance department. Tried claiming a deal for a gift card for services over $100. However because my $125 oil change and tire rotation was already “discounted”, they refused to honor it. I don’t know how an oil change that expensive was discounted but oh well. Management actually got aggressive when I brought it up. Horrible experience. I’ll never take any car to these guys again.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Has 2019 CPO Jetta R-Line advertise at $16,799 - when you get the "real" numbers, they want close to $20k before taxes and fees. Instead of honoring their advertised price, they blame their internet provider, the "algorithm".
Avoid this dealer at all cost. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt accept our VOLKSWAGEN lease return even though VW corporate states we can return in at ANY VW dealer in the country. The general manager did NOTHING to help out or de-escalate the situation. They offered ZERO resolution. All in all our VW experience has been absolutely awful! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!
