We are located in Wilbraham and have 2 Lennox gas furnaces. The upstairs unit stopped working overnight. There are only 2 Lennox service companies in this area, DEE is one of them. I called in the morning when they opened, was told someone would call to set up visit same day, They called, showed up, and fixed the problem within the hour. 5 stars for communication, timeliness, and professionalism.
DEE Service Inc handled a full slate of HVAC work for us — A/C repair, heating system installation, and some additional HVAC repairs — and did a great job across the board. The technicians were professional, showed up on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked us through the new heating system installation thoroughly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Only minor issue was a slight delay in getting parts, but overall a reliable and skilled HVAC company worth recommending.
The best service! I recommend Dee to anyone that asks.
They installed a mostly new heat/ac system for us about 20 yrs ago; also a new central system for my son and his wife around then. Their work was well-planned, with very neat ductwork and no installation problems. Today, I called regarding the humidification system for one of our central units, and received a detailed and patient explanation of our options, with a recommendation to choose the cheapest option first (because it would likely solve our problem). Dee service is a life saver!!! I used a different but reputable HVAC guy first who couldn't figure out the issue and recommended a new furnace. I was a week without heat (low 20s at night) but decided to get a 2nd opinion and saw Dee was recommended on the neighboorhood FB group. I called and they came out same day, figured out the problem in 30 mins or less, they ordered the part, and installed it 2 days later! I wish I called them sooner!!
