I gave them 2 stars because of Dr Persaud. I have several problems including CHF (bad heart) my cardiologist in Lakeland recommended a heart ablation. Dr Persaud recommended a heart ablation. Went to tampa to a cardiologist to do the procedure, who also recommended the ablation. But someone at dedicated decided I don’t need so no referral. I can hardly breathe have chest pains etc. So I’m getting a new primary care and I’m going after dedicated for allowing this to happen. Dr Rodriguez is a wonderful doctor! I was in an accident and didnt have a car and Dedicated came and picked me up and took me home.
They will not give diabetics weight loss medicine I think they’re the only ones that won’t do it. It’s not fair. It’s depriving us even though all those specials that said it would be good for me times three doctors they won’t do it. I hate to have to switch, but I kinda looks like I might have to. They don’t have my best interest at heart It’s not the doctor is the clinic itself we own that won’t do it. I feel the depriving me the chance of helping my kidney
Our doctor is always concerned about any issues we have and great at keeping us up on tests and vaccines we need. The whole staff is caring and friendly and we've been going there at least 5 years . Highly recommend.
