On 3/3/2026 I came in the north Lakeland branch about an issue that I was having about a referral. I asked to speak with a manager. He went to find a manager but when he came back, I was told that they were in a meeting and he didn't know how long it would be. My thought "yeah right "!.So I asked for a supervisor I was told none where available, again "yeah right ". While I stood there Jeanie(Dr. Persaud's asst)saw that I was very upset. I ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this place to anyone! If you care about your loved ones I would not go here. They do not care about their patients or their family members. We were told today that they are only there to keep their patients comfortable, and pretty much that if we wanted treatment or tests done that we should switch doctors. So thats what we are going to do.
For two years, I have consistently met with caring, respectful, competent staff.
