I was so excited to receive my order….much to my dismay, the wrong product was delivered (I paid for aged copper and received regular copper) and the corners of the tiles were dog-eared. When I called to get assistance, I was told "the guy who handles problems (Julio) is on the phone and can't help you. He's dealing with other problems. You'll have to call back in like 30 minutes." REALLY??!!
