Same stuff as others mentioned.....the quality of the styrofoam tile itself is fine but they gotta be more consistent with the corners. My suggestion is to round them off. They can't make it through shipping square so please round them for us at the factory so we can get consistent install. We've done 2 bathrooms and we probably won't ever use them again. It looks nice but if you are OCD like me, it makes me scream inside.
I love these tiles but they are not consistent in what they send..first batch corners didn't meet.Had to do a lot of caulking. Second batch was much better..flat edges. Third batch the edges were slightly curled up...best batch yet..hardly any caulking needed..but when I ordered the final batch they send the flat edged ones again. Make up your mind what you are selling!!!

I wish I could give them a better rating , but I can't ... My mother ordered the tiles ordered just enough to have 3 extra and they open all the boxes paint all the tiles and find out they are missing 5 tiles... Now they won't return her phone calls and told her there's "no way any are missing they stick together" her response was her contractor checked them multiple times none were sticking .... Now what is she to do ? I know what YOU as a company should do ... CALL your customers back and make them happy... Terrible custom... read more
Help!! Bought the product...quite like it but can't get tiles to stick to ceiling!! Very frustrated. I even strapped the ceiling and put up a "plywood " subfloor up with hopes a smooth wood surface would help but tiles won't stick! I have Lepage quick grip 3x PL premium adhesive...no luck. Very frustrated. Any advice out there???

The product came with blue paint splotches on them and bent! Product was paper thin. Tried calling and emailing them to return them with NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!
